Shipping Policy
Rockport Supply Co. ships apparel, stickers, and goods from Texas. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
In-stock items typically process within 3–5 business days before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or preorder runs, processing times may be longer.
Currently, international shipping is available to the United Kingdom only. Rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.
Preorder and Founders Run Shipping
Some Rockport Supply Co. products may be sold as preorder items or limited runs. Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately.
For preorder drops, the general process is:
- The preorder window opens for a limited time
- Orders are collected during the preorder period
- Products are printed or produced after the preorder closes
- Orders are packed and shipped once production is complete
Estimated preorder timelines will be listed on the product page when available. Most preorder items are expected to ship approximately 2–3 weeks after the preorder window closes, but timelines may vary depending on production, supplier availability, weather, or shipping delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Rockport Supply Co. may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If free shipping is offered, the order must meet the stated requirements at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
Rockport Supply Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you have an issue with delivery, contact us at support@rockportsupplyco.com and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rockport Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at support@rockportsupplyco.com. We can only make changes before the order ships.
International Shipping
At this time, Rockport Supply Co. primarily ships within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
