Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Rockport Supply Co. order. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unworn, unwashed, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
  • In original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging or tags, if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Stickers
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Preorder items after the preorder window closes, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Preorder Items

Many Rockport Supply Co. apparel drops may be produced in small batches or sold as preorders. Because preorder items are made or ordered based on customer demand, we cannot guarantee cancellations, size changes, or returns after the preorder window closes.

If you need to make a change to a preorder, contact us as soon as possible at support@rockportsupplyco.com. We will do our best to help before production begins.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on available inventory. Because many items are limited-run, the size, color, or design you need may not be available.

If an exchange is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund if the item qualifies under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rockportsupplyco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
